S.A.R.A.'s Diary of Development & Technical Files
S.A.R.A. — Strategic Assessment Radical Agent — is my long-term project to train an AI capable of leftist strategic thinking about geopolitics. The aim is not to make a model repeat leftist conclusions, but to fine-tune its reasoning process so it can recognise material forces, strategic cultures, hegemonic formations, counter-hegemonic agency, uncertainty, and the mediations through which state, capital, labour, technology, and war reorganise one another.
This page serves as the project diary and public archive. It compiles theoretical posts, reflections, development notes, and supporting documents that track S.A.R.A.’s progression from concept to working infrastructure. The setup phase is now complete: the model choice, cloud setup, operational doctrine, failure record, and recovery architecture have been documented and published. The project is now in the fine-tuning phase.
Scroll through the posts below for the project’s intellectual and political framing. At the bottom of the page, you will also find a shared document archive with the setup-phase materials, including the decision manual volumes, operational doctrine, failure report, and related project documents.
